The Online Film Critics Society announced their 2013 film awards and keep on spreading that love for Steve McQueen's 12 Years a Slave. It is still my favorite film of the year, but I have a lot of films yet to see. Not much different or to argue you about here. More attention and adulation for Cate Blanchett, Chiwetel Ejiofor, cinematography for Emmanuel Lubezki in Gravity and appreciation for foreign films Blue is the Warmest Color and The Wind Rises.
